Tournament Details

Entry cost will only include a round of golf , golf power cart plus a food and drink voucher for your use at the concession.

Prizes:  There will be no team prizes.  All players registered will be entered into a draw for door prizes.  The BCEA will mail all winners their prizes after the event. There will also be two prizes for longest drive(one on front 9 and one on back 9).

Format:  All foursomes will have the option to play bestball or your own ball (as long as you keep up the pace of play).

Scoring:  Since this is not an official tournament, prizes will be through random draw. Each team can keep their own score and is not required to be submitted.

Course Challenges:  Our honey pot is back! For $20 entry fee you have the chance to split the cash on par 3’s. Make sure you check the box when filling out the form. This fee must be paid when registering.

Dinner:  There is no organized dinner following your round.  We will leave it to each group to make their own post round plans.  There are several restaurants, including Sunset Ranch’s restaurant, that are open.  If you want a list of restaurants please contact us we suggest making reservations, if you are planning on having dinner at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club.
