Webinar | Effective Communication in a Project Environment, the ‘Art’ of Project Management

October 26, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

$50

The most commonly cited reason for project failure is communication breakdown. This may be because communication is taken for granted — we all do it — right? The question is do we know how to communicate in a way that is meaningful and effective for project stakeholders and that supports the success of the project? Your success as a Project Manager is directly tied to your ability to communicate effectively and influence the stakeholders.

The purpose of this course is to increase your awareness of:

Your own personal communication style and how you impact others as a result
Other communication styles and how to communicate effectively with them
Communication filters and how to recognize and overcome them
Generational diversity in the workplace as a communication filter
Communications protocols and mediums
