Parq Vancouver is set to be the largest destination resort in Vancouver, featuring approximately 600 slots, 75 table games, a 569-room hotel (including a 329-room, JW Marriott, and a 188-room signature hotel named The Douglas), approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of convention and meeting space, 50,000 sq. ft. of food and beverage, multi-level parking facility, 5,000 sq. ft. of retail, and 6,000 sq. ft. of spa.
Paragon, Dundee Corp. and PBC Group are owners and co-developers of Parq Vancouver since September 2013. EllisDon is the General Contractor. The total budget is approximately $600+ million.

Parq Resort and Casino project is approximately 1.2 million SF and generally consists of the following

Approximately 460,000 sq.ft 4-storey of cast-in-place concrete structure basement Parkade for approximately 1,088 stalls.
Approximately 404,000 sq.ft 6-storey of concrete and structural steel structure Podium as the new home for the existing Edgewater Casino consistent with the City of Vancouver’s rezoning approval in the Fall of 2011 along with conference centre, restaurants, retail spaces and other such amenities.
Approximately 113,000 sq.ft 9-storey cast-in-place concrete with localized post-tensioned structure Marriott Douglas hotel tower with 188 rooms.
Approximately 250,000 sq.ft between 9-storey to 16-storey cast-in-place concrete with localized post-tensioned structure Marriott JW hotel towers with 329 rooms.
