Researching the History of a Building: Vancouver Archives

This workshop begins with an introduction by Historian and Author, John Atkin, using a Strathcona heritage home as a case study to illustrate the steps to researching a home to understand it’s past, and inform restoration and repairs. This is followed by an introduction to the Archives’ actual resources with an Archivist, using examples of research materials from attendees’ submitted research addresses.
