PuSh Festival | 2016 Program Launch Party

Gear up for the 2016 PuSh International Performing Arts Festival by joining us at the Program Launch Party, where the 2016 programming and events will be announced! The Launch Party marks the start of celebrations leading up to the 12th annual PuSh Festival, which takes place January 19 to February 7, 2016 in venues across Vancouver.

Artistic and Executive Director Norman Armour will unveil the full 2016 PuSh Festival programming and artist lineup, and the evening will be hosted by local funnyman Charlie Demers, who will make his theatrical debut in the upcoming Festival. Vancouver’s musical mad genius Geoff Berner will perform his brand of transgressive Eastern European punk klezmer, plus performances by other special guests to be announced.

The launch party will be held at the future home of Club PuSh: The Fox Cabaret—Main Street’s newest hotspot. During the three weeks of the 2016 Festival, Club PuSh at The Fox is where PuSh patrons can catch smaller-scale, experimental shows, rub shoulders with Festival artists and staff, and grab a few drinks with friends in a relaxed, cabaret-style performance venue.
