Passive House Presentation

BC Chapter of IFMA invites to a Coffee & Learn on December 8, at 5 pm.
The presentation will include information about Bella Bella’s Passive House; a VCH project to house health care staff in six two-bedroom units up north. It is Canada’s first modular Passive House, was delivered in six months, emits 80% less GHGs, and cost less than if it was site-built. On the coldest night of the year, each unit in the Bella Bella Passive House will require a heat load of less than six 100-watt lightbulbs.
This Coffee & Learn is free to attend for all facilities and related professionals and students but you must register in advance.
