Join us on Tuesday March 28th, 2017 to discuss respectful workplaces in the construction industry with a panel of local exemplary employers.
There is an undeniable social movement in our industry to create respectful workplaces, in the office as well as on construction sites. Our panel is made up of speakers from some of the organizations that are leading the way for this positive change. These local exemplary employers will discuss their challenges, failures and successes as they endeavor to create respectful workplaces for all.
This refreshing and thought provoking event will be moderated by Marie-France Venneri, project manager at AME Group, and will cover a range of topics such as:
– Company goals and policies with regard to respectful workplaces
– Benefits and challenges of implementing new policies and ways of doing business
– Impact and ease of implementation of change
– Recommendations and advice to those looking to create change within their companies
We encourage attendee participation and urge you to share (in advance of the event) any questions you may have for the participants through LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter – with the hashtag #CCWRespectfulWorkplaces
