After graduating from Ryerson with an interior design degree and obtaining her NCIDQ certificate, Renée set up a boutique interior design firm specializing in retail, particularly big-box retail environments. Teams were critical to project success!

After 11 years, she shifted careers to consult to CEOs, COOs, executive management teams, senior teams, associations and entrepreneurs to build more focused, engaged and results-oriented collaborative teams.
