New Visions for the Vancouver Art Gallery

Designs for the proposed new Vancouver Art Gallery.
The work was prepared as part of the comprehensive design studio in the architecture program at UBC. The Art Gallery requirements present an unusually dense array of precise technical needs, lodged within an important contemporary institution set in a complex urban setting. The student projects are as inventive as they are accomplished, and contribute to the ongoing discussion of this important Vancouver concern.
