Please join us for a talk by design researcher Mira Alhonsuo: Mira Alhonsuo Research, Service Design and Phd candidate, University of Lapland, Finland “Service Design in Future Health Care Services”.

Mira Alhonsuo is Designer in Residence in the Health Design Lab (HDL). While at Emily Carr, Mira will be working on her own project, “Critical Communication, Safety and Human-centered Services for the Future”. The goal of this research project is to create novel services and product concepts, business models and practices to further the profitability of social and healthcare services. This project involves the piloting and prototyping of concepts for future hospital services and technology. The Master of Design Speaker Series is presented by the Jake Kerr Faculty of Graduate Studies.
