Elena Markelova Paint-In

Join visual artist Elena Markelova for a live paint-in at MOV. Elena will demonstrate her watercolour technique and be available for questions regarding her work.

Elena Markelova is a Russian-born, Vancouver-based artist. Her work is inspired by the beauty she interprets in cities, nature, and the creatures that inhabit the Pacific Ocean. Elena is most known for her double exposure animal watercolours and detailed maps (see her large painting in the MOV gift shop).
