ABOUT THIS FIELDTRIP
In this field trip, I will be introducing the philosophy of joyful movement, explaining how it differs from exercise, and giving practical tips on how to easily add more movement into your day.
Then we get moving! I will lead you through a mini joyful movement class that will get the whole body working.
No equipment is needed but you will want some space to move. Also, please wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes that allow you to move freely.
The class will have modifications and progressions to suit various fitness levels and will leave you feeling energized and happy.
