As we approach 2022 we’re reconsidering our working lives and careers at scale. With more and more startups up to enterprise organizations going fully distributed to reduce operational costs, what happens to our distinction between home + work?
Creatives were accustomed to working from home (WFH) but now were tasked with deciding between staying remote, transitioning to ‘Hybrid work’, or perhaps having to comply with going back into the office.
✨This field trip will present as an opportunity to reflect on our home offices, WFH arrangements, ergonomics, and strategies to achieve a tech / life balance that’s unique to you ✨
Come join this participatory tea talk (no slideshows found here) bring something to sip on that helps ground you and be prepared to engage in self-reflection journaling prompts, breathing exercises and Q&A.
✔️ Self-reflect on the concept of a tech / life balance, assess your WFH ergonomics, share resources with fellow participants, and learn about relevant tools to improve your work setup.
✔️ 2 breathing exercises
✔️ This is a tea talk with Q&A — feel free to bring a cup of something to help ground and relax you, bring a notepad + writing tool, and come prepared to participate (or deeply listen) there are no slideshows or PowerPoints to be found here.
