CCW Community Event – Conflict in the Workplace
May 16, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm$25
Have you been looking for an event that is geared towards meeting and engaging with your fellow CCW members? If the answer is yes then we have the event for you! CCW invites you to participate in our second Community Event on Tuesday, May 16th 2017 where we will discuss Conflict in the Workplace.
We have all experienced conflict in the workplace; whether it is with a co-worker, a manager, or someone outside of your own organisation. This event aims to create a space where we can discuss with each other instances where we have encountered conflict in the workplace, what we did (or didn’t do) about that conflict and how we might be able to deal with conflict in the future.
CCW is branching out into a different sort of event that is focused solely on providing an environment where CCW members can better connect with our fellow members. Community Events are geared towards a smaller group of attendees than our regular events and involve participation and discussion on a variety of topics. The goal is to allow our members to connect on a personal level and to share their experiences as a woman in the construction industry. There are no speakers or panels; the discussion points will come from those who are attending. We will provide the space, the snacks and the icebreakers – you provide the desire to connect!
Space is limited so we encourage you to register early. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Please note – This event is not a sit down dinner although we will have some small bites available for you.
5:30pm – 6:00pm: Registration and sign in; snacks
6:00pm – 6:10pm: Introduction and welcome
