Includes a discussion on the impact of climate change on the indoor build environment and the consequences to the infirm, infants and elderly occupying code-built homes. Strategies and tactics for passive cooling for buildings in BC climates are presented. Additionally, two case studies describing building and occupant comfort design challenges and solutions in mixed and cold climates is explored.
