Whatever the Weather: Resilient responses to climate change
It is anticipated that more than 300 delegates, speakers, exhibitors and allied professionals will gather at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, BC from March 31 to April 1, 2017. This premier event for landscape architects, interns, students, and key stakeholders, from the public and private sector, academia, and the community provides an opportunity for design professionals to come together to share ideas and solutions. Through a landscape design lens, invited key speakers will frame the conference , will address what landscape architects and allied professionals are doing, on the ground, and in our communities. The preliminary program is a combination of responses to the Call For Papers and invited speakers.

Landscape Cafe: Thursday, March 30, 2017
This year we are switching things around to showcase projects in the BC Interior in a relaxed atmosphere. Posters provide an opportunity for an informal presentation featuring “give and take” with conference attendees. Presenting a poster is also a good way in which to discuss and receive feedback on a work in progress. Delegates may choose to visit some of the projects while they are in town
