That is why it’s important to understand our procrastination and discover ways to deal with it.

In this FieldTrip, you will realize that you are not the only one that procrastinates and that there is so much to discover about this complex behavior.

Moreover, you will be positively challenged to reflect on your experiences, find a deeper understanding of your procrastination and discover your motivation to start to change it.
